Founded in September 2020 and located in Changde, Foresee New Materials (FNM) is a limited liability company wholly owned by Hangzhou Foresee Group Holding Co., Ltd.

Foresee Group and its subsidiaries specialize in the design, R&D and manufacture of various magnetic materials, magnetic components and functional magnetic modules. We provide one-stop and complete solutions for leading customers worldwide in the automotive, consumer electronics, appliance, security, sensing, medical, and other industries.

What We Do

FNMB7

This new metallic functional material is characterized by short production process, one step forming and energy-saving. It has features of high saturation flux density(Bs) and high permeability.

Nano-cores Series

We provide customized solutions. Using nanocrystalline ribbons, we produce cores of different sizes, shapes and magnetic properties by different annealing processes.

Efficient Components

With the excellent performance of FNMB7 material, we can produce components with low losses, small size and better thermal stability, including transformers, inductors, and chokes, etc.

Capabilities

To guarantee the quality of products and services, we have established a strict production management system and quality assurance system. Our inhouse process covers the entire industrial chain from alloy melting, ribbon making to components assembly. We passed the system certification of ISO9001 & IATF16949 in 2021.

Pressure Strip Production System

In-line thickness measurement and automatic gripping system for high precision production and mass production of wide ultra-thin FNMB7 nano-crystalline material.

Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnace

In 2022, we assembled the 500kg vacuum furnace and put into production to satisfy various heat treatment processes such as vacuum annealing and magnetic field treatment, as well as unique horizontal and vertical magnetic field treatment processes.

Precision Manufacturing & Automation

Equipped with the latest technology, Foresee New Materials manufacturing system boasts a CNC machining center, slow-feeding NC wire-cut machine, and milling machine for rapid sample making. These machines ensure high accuracy, speed, and quality in our mold-making processes, leading to faster production times and lower costs for our clients.

Quality Assurance

Foresee New Materials is customer-focused, and through regular internal and external audits, we ensure transparency regarding the effectiveness of our quality management. We are equipped with various testing instruments and equipment, such as the new generation of Spectro Spark Optical Emission Spec make our control of material composition more accurate.
